Introducing Emmy O'Neill.
Emmy & I first met through my local coffee store, it was an instant soul connection.

Emmy is such an inspiring mummy and human. Born with a kidney complication, that didn't affect her until she had her two pregnancies & premature babies. Emmy is on dialysis twice a week until she receives a kidney transplant.

Her children Ollie (six) and Isla (nearly five) are so adorable and keep her busy, being so close in age.
Em, has embarked on the biggest fitness transformation I have seen. Over the past 12 months she ninjed it up, first with F45 challenges & now she’s training to do sprint triathlons 😉 , she is unstoppable! Em recently started photographing families as well. This has been a passion she has had forever. She so sweetly asked if I’d be her mentor and I am blessed and honoured to do this for such an amazing person.
Em you are an incredible spirit with so much love, passion, guts and determination.
